Very lovely experience, totally recommend!!!
It has reasonably large rooms and perfect location really close to the cafe below. The staff are amicable and lovely, thank you very much for the help. They provide a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the washroom.

Vatican Vista was an amazing experience! Rosa, our host, took the time to explain everything to us and show us how a traditional middle-class family in Rome lives. It was a unique and fascinating experience for my American kids. Rosa went above and beyond to cater to our needs and even gave us postcards as a keepsake. the apartment had everything we could have wanted, from comfortable beds and plenty of linens to a well-stocked fridge and pantry. the view of the Vatican was breathtaking, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Rossana, the owner, was also a gem, providing us with valuable tourism guidance and arranging transportation for us. We can't wait to recommend this apartment and stay here again in the future. Cons: Nothing all excellent 😊.

We had a really lovely stay in Rome close enough to a lovely square and buses for other sites and the tram. Bed was comfortable and it had hypo-allergenic pillows. There was a bidet. Quiet atmosphere and personable stuff. Magnificent and convenient location, near Vatican.

Great value for money, with a lovely old world apartment and beautiful views. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Saint Peter's square, and the staff, especially Rosanna, were excellent and very helpful.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and quantity.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The host, Rosa, was super helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. It was an amazing experience for my American kids to see how a traditional middle-class family lives in Rome. Rosa was quick to address any hiccups we had and even gave us postcards of the Vatican as a cool keepsake. The building itself is a beautiful monument with a unique view of St. Peter's. The apartment is decorated in a typical Italian style and was spacious enough for our family of 5. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, it had everything we needed. However, we didn't even need to use the kitchen because the area is filled with incredible restaurants. The location is excellent, just a short walk to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. The neighborhood is quiet and not too touristy, making it very safe to walk around at night. The apartment also had a lift, hot water, and an air conditioner for heating in the winter. A taxi rank, cafes, and buses were conveniently located nearby. The host, Rossana, was fantastic and provided us with free knowledge of transportation and tourist sites in Rome. The apartment was clean and had an amazing view of St. Peter's dome. It was fully stocked with snacks and even had vouchers for a delicious croissant and cappuccino at the cafe downstairs. Rossana even surprised us with tiramisu for our son's birthday. We had an incredible 6-night stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

We came to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and our lovely landlady, Rosanna, made it even more special. The spacious and well-equipped apartment felt like home. Rosanna provided us with plenty of food for breakfast and gave us valuable information to make the most of our stay. The views of St. Peter's Basilica from all the windows were breathtaking. Rosanna's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartment was excellent, just a short walk to St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum. the neighborhood was quiet and not touristy, with plenty of dining options available. the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen with a generous supply of food and drinks. the host, Rossana, was kind and generous, providing us with maps, tips, and even surprise treats like tiramisu for our son's birthday. the apartment also had amenities like air conditioning for heating and a lift for easy access to the 4th floor. It felt very safe walking around the area at night, and there were convenient amenities like a taxi rank, cafes, and buses nearby.
No complaints, felt free to seek any assistance if needed.
